How do I request a booking ?
Our booking system is a simplified process. You can place a booking request online on our website from here or you can call our customer care number +91 90002 56619. After verification, our team will call you from the nearest office location of yours.
How would I know my fare charges & bill amount ?
Once we receive your packing moving or transport requirements in detail, you will be notified of the approximate distance that your goods will travel, and accordingly your bill amount will be calculated. With our fare calculator, we instantly give you the best rate online.
Why you take token amount for booking confirmation ?
We take token amount to confirm the booking slot and avoid any kind of last minute delays or inconvenience and the token amount will be adjusted in the final payment of your quotation. Call us for more information.
Why do I need insurance if packing is done professionally ?
Because it is always safe to have an insurance cover as goods can get destroyed or damaged due to unforeseen circumstances like major accidents, fire accident or any natural calamities during the process of shipping.
How will I know when my goods are going to be delivered ?
We will notify you via call or sms or by email. You can also directly call to our driver OR customer care department, they will update as to the date your goods will arrive at your destination.
Do you have storage and warehousing services for storing goods ?
Yes, we have our own storage and warehousing facilities in all the major cities of India.
What is the mode of payment you accept ?
